Telax was Founded in 1997 by Mario Perez and initially provided consulting services on call center solutions for companies such as RBC, AT&T & Yak Communications Inc.
During these formative years, we identified very early on the potential for hosted call center solutions. Thanks to our early presence at 151 Front Street and by leveraging our experience developing IVR, ACD and CRM applications, our sights were set on going to market with a web-based call management solution designed for private and public sector call center operators.
